Keep Clear of the Fireworks.  16. Use Special Reloadable Rules.   7. Use Care in Lighting the Fireworks. 17. Purchase Fireworks from Reliable Dealers. 8. Fire One at a Time.     18. Use Safety Glasses when nessesary. 9. Do Not Use Malfunctioning or “Dud” items. 19. Use Caution with Animals.  10. Have Water Close By.  20.
